A new battle pass for Teamfight Tactics Set 12 has arrived, and the rewards are better than previous passes.
The Magic n’ Mayhem battle pass has paid and free-to-play options. I normally run the free-to-play versions, but the rewards for Set 12 are a serious upgrade, like the new Enchanted Archives Arena. This article breaks down what you get for free and what’s included in the paid battle pass version so you can decide which option is best for you.
What are the TFT Set 12 battle pass rewards?
The biggest change to the Set 12 battle pass is the addition of the Enchanted Archives Arena, which is one of the best-looking Arenas the game devs have created that you can earn from a battle pass. Other rewards included Realm Crystals, Treasure Tokens, Booms, Shards, and four Little Legends.

When will the TFT Set 12 battle pass be released?
The TFT Set 12 battle pass will go live on July 31 with the launch of Magic n’ Mayhem through Patch 14.15, but only on PC. Mobile players will have to wait an additional 24 hours for the update to go live. Much like Set 11, there are two battle passes for Set 12. The second will drop hallway through, sometime in September.
How much does the TFT Set 12 battle pass cost?
The battle pass itself in TFT Set 12 is free to play. But to earn all the rewards offered, the Battle Pass Plus costs 1,295 Riot Points. You don’t need to buy the battle pass right away and can purchase it at any time. I recommend waiting until your progression within the battle pass reaches a point that’s worth paying for the exclusive rewards.
Is the TFT Set 12 battle pass plus worth the money?
The rewards within the TFT Set 12 battle pass have me hooked, and I will be purchasing it. But that doesn’t mean it’s worth the money for everyone. I recommend holding off on purchasing to see how much of the Magic n’ Mayhem set you actually play, and then decide if the battle pass Plus is worth the money.
