A new crossover event with Pirates of the Caribbean is underway in Fortnite. There’s plenty of content to explore, including a host of new quests.
The Pirates of the Caribbean Cursed Sails event is not a permanent addition to Fortnite and is due to end on Aug. 6, but there’s plenty to do before everyone’s favorite band of pirates sets sail into the horizon.
While several new items and locations are available, the Cursed Sails event pass is the biggest addition, requiring you to complete quests to progress. Fortunately, we’ve got them all here for you.
All Fortnite Cursed Sails quests
Quests during the Cursed Sails event in Fortnite are split into eight sections, with the first releasing when the event started on July 19. New quests are released every two days until the event ends on Aug. 6.
All Pirate Code One quests
- Hit 10 headshots or eliminate 10 opponents.
- Hit an opponent with a single pistol shot.
- Destroy 100 structures or objects with a Ship in a Bottle.
- Walk the Plank.
- Locate a Jar of Dirt (Part one).
- Deliver the Jar of Dirt to Jack Sparrow (Part two).
- Complete Pirate Code One quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Two quests
- Damage players that have damaged you. (500)
- Damage opponents with Flint-Knock Pistol or travel distance from its knockback. (500)
- Drink potions in three different matches.
- Raise the Flag on the Floating Island.
- Speak to a character before taking damage.
- Complete Pirate Code Two quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Three quests
- Visit Shipwreck Shallows and eliminate an opponent in a single match.
- Eliminate three opponents while carrying a Medallion.
- Listen to Pirate Tales from different Pirates.
- Reboot, Revive, or Eliminate in the Underworld.
- Read “Dead Mens’ Tales” Book.
- Complete Pirate Code Three Quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Four quests
- Deliver 99 Souls to Davy Jones
- Earn a Double Elimination.
- Travel 500m while holding a Treasure Map.
- Accept “Survive the Black Mark” from Davy Jones.
- Deal damage with three different ranged weapons in a single match.
- Complete Pirate Code Four Quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Five quests
- Somehow acquire a Victory Royale.
- Hit a player with a Coconut.
- Search five rare or buried treasure chests.
- Pilfer 10 weapons from weapon cases.
- Flee 100m after surviving damage from an opponent.
- Hire three characters in different matches.
- Deal 500 damage to opponents in a single match.
- Complete Pirate Code Five Quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Six quests
- Defeat a Dueling character with a pistol or melee weapon.
- Defeat a Boss.
- Destroy the nine Falses Pieces of Eight on the Island.
- Collect a Victory Crown from an eliminated player.
- Destroy 10 Slurp, Slap, or Nitro Barrels.
- Collect three gifts from characters.
- Hit opponents from less than five or more than 50 meters away, five times.
- Complete Pirate Code Six Quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Seven quests
- Deal 100 damage to opponents in the Storm.
- Deal 500 damage to opponents or travel 500m distance with Cannons.
- Use a Ship in a Bottle three times.
- Consume three Apples.
- Outlast 200 players.
- Restore 100 health or shields using food.
- Use Ascenders or Ziplines in three different matches.
- Complete Pirate Code Seven Quests to earn Cursed Gold.
All Pirate Code Eight quests
- Visit Davy Jones’ Locker.
- Eliminate three boss guards or bosses.
- Survive 10 storm circles.
- Restore 25 health or gain shields from an Oasis Pool.
- Catch three fish.
- Collect 10 items from chests.
- Reach 25 players remaining.
- Complete Pirate Code Eight quested to earn Cursed Gold.
No additional quests are being added to the Cursed Sails event and you have until Aug. 6 at 1am PT/3am CT/4am ET/9am BST/6pm AEST to complete these quests before the event ends.
