EA posted on Twitter a tease for what fans can expect from the upcoming E3 event. The tweet reaffirms that we will see season two content there for the first time. We already knew that season two was going to be shown off for the first time at E3 2019 and that the release date will likely be given there as well.

What’s new about this tease is that we’ll get to see official Apex Legends merchandise for the first time. There will be a debut of collectible figures from Weta Workshop that will include some of the legends that players play as in the game.

For players who are able to make it to the EA Play event in person in Hollywood, they will get the chance to meet the development team, too. Fans who are interested in attending the event in person can pick up free tickets here.

EA Play will not have the typical E3 press conference like usual, instead, opting for all day live-streaming June 8-9. Apex Legends season two is expected to launch before the end of this quarter, which is June 30, so a release date is expected at E3 2019.
