North America and the United Kingdom have played another Online Qualifier for the Halo World Championship. Despite its name, the tournament doesn’t actually award a spot in the final tournament, only Pro Points that contribute towards a spot at each region’s respective Regional Finals. The results of the first qualifier, for both the UK and North America, can be found here on eSports Guru.
Both tournaments were single elimination and used team’s HWC points for seeding. These points come from playing ladder matches and the previous online qualifiers Both tournaments use the following breakdown for the awarding of Pro Points, however, the winners of the NA ladder also received $1,000.
