It’s time for Winterfest 2023 in Fortnite, and Epic Games has added a bunch of new cosmetics and quests to the game. One of these quests requires players to visit Crackshot’s Cabin when the Floating Loot Island appears in the game, and it’s proving to be a difficult quest.

The Crackshot Fortnite quest is tied to the Ship It! questline and it appears in its third stage. Despite sounding quite simple, players have been unable to locate the Fortnite Crackshot Cabin so far.

How to complete the visit Crackshot’s Cabin when the Floating Loot Island appears quest in Fortnite

You can complete the “visit Crackshot’s Cabin when the Floating Loot Island appears” quest by climbing the Flooting Island in Fortnite. Crackshot’s Cabin was initially bugged and it wasn’t in the game when Winterfest 2023 started, but Epic later added it as the Floating Island became frosty.

Though it took more than 10 hours for Epic to add the cabin to the game, it’s finally here and you’ll simply need to wait for the Floating Island’s spawn to complete it. When the island appears in your match, climb to its top and you’ll find Crackshot’s Cabin there. If you’ve visited the island when the Winterfest 2023 first started, it wasn’t winter-themed yet.

The Floating Island is also covered in snow now and all the Winterfest 2023 features that weren’t in the game with the initial patch are now available. With this quest in the books, you can focus on other Winterfest 2023 objectives to unlock all the rewards in the event.

Since many players were stuck trying to complete this quest, there might a slight competition in the floating island, so I recommend having your guard up as you climb up.
