Season of Discovery is a group of seasonal WoW Classic servers that will last roughly a year, like its predecessor, Season of Mastery. Season of Discovery will have four phases and an additional endgame update at the back end of 2024. Here’s when phase two came out.

The second phase of WoW Classic Season of Discovery launched on Feb. 8 at 3pm CT/4pm EST/6pm BRT/9pm GMT. The second phase went live just over two months after the initial launch of SoD.

What did WoW Classic Season of Discovery phase two include?

World of Warcraft Classic Season of Discovery phase two increased the level cap to 40, introduced Gnomeregan as a raid, and shifted the world PvP event from Ashenvale to Stranglethorn Vale. On top of that, it added new runes (new abilities) for every class.
