In order to receive the Gold award for the Under Construction Mysterium, you will need to defeat 20 enemies in 60 seconds or less.

While there are plenty of enemies to defeat, defeating them in the required time is tricky—though it becomes much easier once you have maxed out all of your skills and gadgets.

I ventured back to the Under Construction Mysterium after fully completing the game to 100%, so I had everything I needed, but it still took me a couple of attempts. However, I soon found my rhythm and developed a strategy.

First, I used Thunder Burst to instantly jump to the enemies that start on the middle platform and followed that up with some combo hits. I then jumped to the right platform and used a second Thunder Burst to defeat them, then fired a Sonic Burst at the enemies on the next platform.

I continued moving anti-clockwise, using Galvanize on the three enemies on the next platform. Midway through fighting them, I fired another Sonic Burst on the next platform—which took me above 10, resulting in a brief pause to the battle as Mysterio unleashed poison gas into the arena.

After that scene, I moved to the platform directly opposite and unleashed a Mega Venom blast. I then moved clockwise to the next platforms, using another Thunder Burst in the process and combo attacks until the three remaining enemies were on the central platform.

I then used Galvanize again, which left two of the enemies needing just a single hit, before finishing with a combo on the final enemy. As shown in the video above, my final time was 49 seconds.

Though you don’t need to follow these steps exactly, the best method is to find a route that works for you, utilize your skills and abilities whenever you can, and save your Mega Venom Blast until after the midway point.

At any point, you can restart the challenge by pressing pause and clicking the option to return to the last checkpoint.
