Currently, you can’t upgrade your version of Smite 2 Founder’s Edition, but the developer is looking to implement this change in the future.

“Only the SMITE 2 Founder’s Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Ultimate Edition are available now, but we plan to add upgrade options later on when we are able to add them in game!,” Hi Rez Studios wrote.

So if you purchased the Standard Edition, the option to upgrade to either the Deluxe Edition or Ultimate Edition will be made available. Whereas if you bought the Deluxe Edition, an upgrade to the Ultimate Edition is going to be a choice for you to mull over.

If you haven’t bought Smite 2 yet, hopefully this information has shone a light on your options and what’s available. Keep checking back as we look ahead to see when the edition upgrade option becomes a reality.
