As long as you have the points to buy it, purchasing this item is fairly simple. The tricky part is finding the Black Merchant Jester since this NPC is incredibly rare and doesn’t hang around for long.
When the Black Merchant Jester spawns, he only has one Merchant Tracker available for purchase. Because of this, you need to act very quickly if you want to buy it since any other player purchasing one before you means this NPC won’t have another one for you to buy.
What does the Merchant Tracker do in Sol’s RNG?
The Merchant Tracker displays the location of any nearby merchant. This item is different from the Merchant Teleporter but has a somewhat similar function since both are designed to help you interact with merchants more quickly.
- The Merchant Tracker only displays the location of merchants like the Black Merchant Jester and Traveling Merchant Mari. You have to make your way over to them yourself.
- The Merchant Teleporter instantly teleports you to a merchant when used. This allows you to get over to them right away, which is very useful for ensuring you have plenty of time to view their stock.
The Merchant Teleporter is a more useful item overall, but it costs 40 Robux to buy while the Merchant Tracker can be obtained from points you earn for free by exchanging items with the Black Merchant Jester.
