As you progress through Palworld, you’ll need a bunch of materials to build your base and craft items. One of these materials is Pal Fluids, which you need to make the Sauna to replenish your Pals’ SAN meter when they help out around your base.

Honestly, I don’t blame you if you’re confused. It took me two hours to figure out exactly where to find Pal Fluid at the beginning, but now I’m swimming in stacks of it. So, to help you skip the most frustrating parts of Palworld, here’s exactly where to find Pal Fluids.

How to find Pal Fluids in Palworld

Kill or catch water type Pals

The easiest way to get Pal Fluid in Palworld is by killing or catching water type Pals like Pengullet. These are fairly common Pals, and you can usually find them walking or swimming in water. Knocking one out or capturing it will add a few Pal Fluids to your inventory.

Pengullets in particular usually spawn in abundance, so it’s not hard to grind a few of them for what you need. You need 10 Pal Fluid in total to make a single Sauna, so you’ll need to take down or capture a fair few blue penguin-like creatures to get everything you need.

It’s a bit of a chore, but it’s also a good way for you to get extra EXP and level up faster, especially if you manage to earn the 10 Pal capture bonus.

Assign Kelpsea Pal to the Ranch

In its first major update, Palworld gave us another way to get Pal Fluids, and that’s by assigning Kelpsea Pal to the Ranch. This works just like with any other Pal on the Ranch: add Kelpsea to your base and then throw the Pal at the Ranch to assign it. Alternatively, you can wait until it starts grazing on its own.

This is a great way to get resources if you don’t feel like running around and wasting orbs. The drop rate of Pal Fluids isn’t too bad either. My Kelpsea was dropping one Pal Fluid per about a minute. So if you get a few of them on your Ranch, you’ll have more than enough resources very quickly.

Currently, Kelpsea is the only Pal that can drop Pal Fluids on the Ranch, so you might want to have at least a few of them stored in the Palbox. The best place to find Kelpsea is right by the Ravine Entrance waypoint at -65, -425 coordinates. They could be either swimming in the lake or strolling on the ground near the shore.
