How to get Milk in Palworld
To get Milk in Palworld, you can purchase it directly from a Wandering Merchant, kill Pals that drop Milk or generate it passively by capturing a Mozzarina and assigning it to a Ranch at your base.
Purchasing Milk from a Wandering Merchant
To purchase Milk in Palworld, you must find a Wandering Merchant and pay 100 Gold Coins each. While this is easier to do than waiting for a Mozzarina to give you Milk, setting up a ranch is far more beneficial in the long term if you want to keep crafting items.
Farming Milk with a Mozzarina
Mozzarina is located near the starting spawn areas in a patch of forest, and you can catch them with a regular Pal Sphere if you lower its health enough. If you struggle, remember that Mozzarina is a Neutral elemental type, meaning Dark-type Pals will exploit its type weakness.
Once you have one, you will need to create a Ranch in your base, which you unlock at technology level five with the following recipe:
- 50 Wood
- 20 Stone
- 30 Fiber
Place the Ranch in your base, and your Mozzarina will automatically graze within it and produce Milk over time. You can either collect it yourself or set a Pal to collect it and any other resource made in the Ranch.
If Mozzarina doesn’t naturally make her way to the ranch you built, you can assign Mozzarina to work there yourself. Lift them and toss them at the ranch.
