There are a lot of dungeons and bosses around the world of Palworld, but none are more confusing than the Fenglope. Locating this Pal has been tricky for players, primarily because it’s well hidden under the map. Here’s everything you need to know to find the Fenglope in Palworld.

How to find Fenglope Boss Location in Palworld
To find Fenglope in Palworld, head to the boss icon that appears on the map. Going there will take you instead to a Syndicate camp and you’ll quickly come under a hail of gunfire, which can be confusing at first, but that’s because the Alpha Pal Boss is hidden.
You can run around the area for a while trying to find the Fenglope’s location, but it’s well hidden. It took me a solid 20 minutes until I finally figured it out myself, and then I felt like a fool for not figuring it out in the first place. The Pal isn’t anywhere above ground, and like with many other bosses Pals, it’s located under the world in a secret cave—all you need to do is find the entrance.
Fenglope’s exact location in Palworld
Fenglope is located just north of its circle on the Palworld map, inside a waterfall that feeds a stream that runs throughout the middle of the map. Inside the waterfall is a hidden mineshaft entrance, which, when you run to the end of it, contains the Alpha Fenglope in all its glory.
The creature is level 25, so be sure to stock up on suitable weapons and Legendary or higher-tier Pal Spheres if you plan to try and capture it. The fight begins with Fenglope using two water-type moves, Acid Rain and Aqua Gun. These moves fire acid at you from a cloud that follows you, but the following move, Cloud Tempest, proves tricky. Fenglope will cover itself with an aura and attempt to tackle you and your Pals.
Once you’ve managed to capture it, you’ll quickly find that Fenglope is arguably the best ground mount in the game due to its speed and double jump ability, and it will make traveling a breeze. Its great even for late-game due to its jumping and speed capabilities and is great to use until you unlock some of the later Pals that can fly, making Fenglope a bit useless.
How to find a regular Fenglope in Palworld
Outside of the Alpha Fenglope, you can find a standard-size Pal in two locations.
You can head to coordinates -530 and -652, which take you south of the Volcanic biome. There’s a fast travel point called Mount Obsidian Anubis Statue, where Fenglope spawns in rare amounts in the day. There is no guarantee one show up as it is a pretty rare spawn, but it’s still easier to obtain.
Alternatively, you can head to the Pal Sanctuary, located at the most northeastern point of the map. Like with the Volcanic biome, Fenglope is a rare spawn alongside a host of other Pals. Be careful being on the island, though; if you are caught on it, you’ll be marked as a criminal and chased by the Pal Police until you eventually die.
