Ore is an essential resource in Palworld that’s refined into Ingot and used to craft necessary pieces of technology. As such, mining as much Ore as possible is crucial to your crafting needs, and there are a few great Ore farm locations in Palworld.
Best spots to farm Ore in Palworld
In Palworld, there are three locations where you should consider building your ore farms, and they can be found roughly at the following coordinates:

| 72 and -410 | There are many other resources in this area, so once your Mining Pals have finished mining, and if they have other work suitabilities, they can tackle other duties. This location is close to the Desolate Church waypoint (just a short walk to the northwest), so you’ll be able to get to it pretty quickly. | Your Pals might also tackle those duties first before mining your ore. |
| 6 and -400 | This location is surrounded by other resources, so once your mining Pals are finished with their work, they can move on to another tasks. | Your Pals might also prioritize these other tasks over mining work. Palworld ore farm location 155 and -395
This ore farm location is suitable for taking on enemy raids because it is on a mountain. Your Pals can and will get stuck or spawn in random places; you can pick them up and toss them to a better spot.
Palworld ore farm locations 72 and -410 and 6 and -400
The plentiful resources at these ore farm location can be helpful once your Pals finish mining, but they may also take on other duties before the mining. So, you’ll have to be vigilant in your pursuits and keep them on task.
Additionally, the second option for this ore farm location is located in an open plain, so choose wisely when considering defenses. However, you can mitigate this risk with defense technology items such as walls and traps.
Palworld ore farm location 10 and -525
While it takes some time to get to this location, this ore farm is on a nice cliff, enabling good defenses against enemy raids. This location also makes for a good home base on top of farming ore.
Best ore farm location early in Palworld
Look for ore deposit clusters if you want to find a suitable location. An excellent example of early Palworld is northeast of the starting area. However, be aware of the Level 11 Chillet mini-boss, but there will be deposits galore once you are there, making it one of the best early in the game.
These locations are primarily on mountain ranges, where the ore spawns in abundance. All three locations have pros and cons, but the best one for you will suit your needs. I chose location two as my ore base because I had the best luck finding ore here.
While my Pals were working on their ore farming, I could also scout the mountain ranges for more because it spawns on almost every rockface or cliff. However, you may go with location one if you want something close to the starting zone or location three if you want a spawn point closer to the western side of the map.
Once you’ve picked your preferred location, you must build your Ore farm and have Pals with the Mining work suitability to work your newly-built farm. Then, expand your production line so you can craft more technology.
