Feeding off the spirit of the living, a rosy-cheeked corpse comes back to life. It’s not shambling through the shadows: It’s hopping. Her stiff limbs cannot bend, and an inscribed tag hangs over her eyes. She’s mumbling, but her mouth is barely moving. As she moves closer, you can make out the words.
“Sorry. Sorry, I’m sorry. Sorry.”
Overwatch’s Halloween Terror event is back for a second year—and it’s very spooky. Plenty of heroes are dressing up this year, including Mei, who’s new skin represents a jiangshi. Jiangshi are vampires found in Chinese folklore—their reanimated corpses hop around wearing official Qing Dynasty wear.
Other heroes, like McCree, Symmetra, and Zenyatta, also got new skins for the holiday. Check them out.
