Once Human, the open-world post-apocalyptic game, is launching much sooner than anyone expected, given the beta test only finished in mid-May.
As the release date draws near, we’re all eagerly counting down the days and hours until we can finally play the full game when it drops in July. Here’s everything you need to know about Once Human‘s release, including an exact date and time.
Once Human start time and release date
The developer confirmed Once Human will launch on Tuesday, July 9. The official social media post mentions the game launches on the day in PT time, which means it will be late night for those elsewhere in the world.
Once Human releases at 2pm PT/4pm CT/5pm ET/10pm BST/7am AEST (July 10), but given the game requires a connection to the online servers, there could be some bugs and disconnection errors occurring immediately on launch as players flock to get started.
While Once Human became one of the most wishlisted, trending games during the Summer Game Fest, the fact it’s releasing so soon is a tad concerning. There were quite a few bugs, errors, and optimization issues during the beta. Fans are hoping the developer has fixed the issues so we’ll have a much smoother experience when the game arrives.
While the lore and the storyline were impressive, not everyone could experience them due to the errors plaguing the first playtest.
