There are multiple items you need to hunt down while exploring the various regions within Once Human. Each region contains several unique resources you won’t be able to find elsewhere, and the same goes for the keycards some of the stronger enemies drop, like the Rosetta V2 Access Cards.

The Access Cards allow you to open up locked doors hidden away at the more fortified strongholds in Once Human. The Rosetta V2 Access Cards come from a particular region and only open certain doors. They won’t function in other Rosetta strongholds, which means you want to ensure you know where to find them and what doors they can open.

The Rosetta V2 Access Cards have a chance to drop off enemies in any particular stronghold within Once Human. The trick to finding the one you need for any specific door comes down to the region you’re exploring. For example, one of the starting regions you can explore at the beginning of your journey, Broken Delta, unlocks security doors within that region. They won’t function in the next area, Iron River, but you can find other Rosetta V2 Access Cards.

You’ll need to check your inventory to see what security doors the Rosetta V2 Access Card will open. If you have ones for Iron River, they don’t work in Broken Delta. I’ve noticed these cards have a high chance of dropping from Rosetta NPCs in Once Human. If you’re hunting for these items, focus on these NPCs the most or strongholds with a high concentration of them. While running through a stronghold to unlock all weapons and gear crates, one or two guards protecting that location may drop one of these access cards.

The same goes for elite enemies. Not every stronghold in Once Human has elite enemies, but these are also a good source for Access Cards, although they require time and resource investment. They won’t go down without a fight, and you can expect to use a few Activators to heal yourself during these encounters before looting them.

After you have one of these access cards, go to any Rosetta stronghold in that region and look for a security door. These doors typically contain a weapon or gear crate inside, giving you a good pile of loot you can add to your inventory in Once Human. Expect to need these access cards as you continue playing in the late game, focusing on getting resources for Red Plasma Rounds or trying to get the Fabled Masamune katana.
