Renegades have ended their Rocket League Oceanic Masters season on a high note after sweeping ICON 3-0 to secure the first seed heading into the finals. After an uncharacteristic loss to Out of Order in week four, the former Chiefs roster stabilized in the final week to finish on top.

They’ll be joined by ICON, Out of Order, and 1NE Esports at the finals next weekend where the top two teams will get a spot in the RLCS season seven finals in Newark.

ICON, formerly known as Tainted Minds, finished second behind Renegades after their loss in the final week. Out of Order qualified as the third seed with a 5-2 record, only dropping games to 1NE and ICON.

1NE edged out Justice Esports for the final spot in the finals after Justice dropped back-to-back games to Renegades and Out of Order to fall out of contention on the final day.

Renegades’ roster have never missed an RLCS finals, appearing under the Alpha Sydney and Chiefs banners at the major event over the last four seasons. In season six, they came in fourth (their best showing at an international event) after taking down PSG, NRG, and Evil Geniuses.

Similarly, ICON’s roster have qualified for the last three RLCS finals, but they’ve found limited success on the international stage.

The RLOM season seven finals will start on May 19.
