Abel “<a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/Rammyy" target="blank”>Rammyy” Garcia, one of the promising new Halo 5 professionals, has been snatched away from <a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/DenialeSports” target=”blank”>Denial by <a href="https://twitter.com/3sUpEnterprises" target="blank”>3sUp Enterprises.
After being one of the stars on Denial’s open bracket tournament run that qualified them for the Summer Relegation Tourament, Rammy will join a 3sUp side with plenty of potential to run the open bracket tournaments and possibly qualify for a Pro League season spot.
<a href="/articles/3sup-signs-halo-team" target="blank”>3sUp broke onto the Halo scene earlier in July, when they picked up OnlyGoodOnline, consisting of Chance “<a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/MoNsTcR" target="blank”>MoNsTcR” Duncan, Ian “<a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/Chaser" target="blank”>Chaser” Contorelli, Ezekiel “<a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/Prototype" target="blank”>Prototype” Martinez and Gilbert “<a href="http://halo.esportswikis.com/wiki/MuNoZ" target="blank”>MuNoz“ Muñoz, after just five weeks of the team being together. The current team sees Chaser taken out in favor of Rammy, as seen in their<a href="https://www.progamingleague.com/teams/438930" target="blank”> open bracket roster on PGL.
Unfortunately for 3sUp, the celebration of their new acquisition has been short lived. A few hours before their initial announcement, 3sUp were <a href="https://www.progamingleague.com/tournaments/2233" target="blank”>kicked out of the Placement Cup round of 64 by LU Gaming.
Nevertheless, it’s only the first open event of the season, and it will be about two months until qualification ends for HCS Las Vegas, the site of the HCS Open Bracket Finals. This gives 3sUp plenty of time to get their heads up and ready to break out of open play.
Does this move turn 3sUp into the open bracket team to beat this season?
