Throne and Liberty servers are down on Oct. 17 because the game is undergoing maintenance for the update 1.3.0. The update includes tweaks to UI, Guild Contracts, character deletion wait times (now increased to 24 hours), and Rare Blank Lithograph recipes that now require Enchanted Ink the same as Epic gear. Update 1.3.0 also introduces a new matchmaking option for dungeons, allowing you to queue up for a random available dungeon.

It’s a substantial update compared to previous hotfixes and comes with a sizeable downtime. The servers went down at 12:30am CT on Oct. 17 and are expected to be back up at 6:30am CT. Barring any last-minute delays, this makes it a total of six hours of downtime.
