Superstar mode in Madden 25 enables you to live out your dream career as an NFL player, and following the success of College Football 25, you can continue the journey you started in the other EA Sports title.

Several issues may occur in Superstar mode, two of which are particularly common. We’ve outlined them below, along with some potential fixes.

The issue in Madden 25 Superstar occurs in the main menu, with the game not loading a character base model for you to edit. If you encounter this error, restart your game or try loading the mode again.

I had the same issue, but I finally got into the mode after a reload and a couple of attempts. However, other players are reporting further problems that occur during the NFL Combine.

This issue seems to occur for players who selected quarterback as their position, and a large number of players imported their player from College Football 25. Both of these scenarios can lead to problems.

So far, the only fix players have found is to complete 0/8 of the throwing drill. Unfortunately, this will significantly affect your draft stock and send you tumbling down the rankings, but if you want to continue, it may be your only option.
