U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron says British Internet filters are designed to “keep our country safe” from extremist views and pornography, but it turns out that some of the filters are blocking anything with the letters “sex” in them. That includes League of Legends, one of the most widely played video games on earth.

File names like “VarusExpirationTimer.luaobj” and “XerathMageChainsExtended.luaobj,” both of which have the letters “sex” tucked away and both of which appear in the League of Legends launcher, have been causing problems for British players, according to LoLboompje on reddit.

“The cause is that your provider is blocking any URLs that contain any pornographic content,” he wrote. “Apparently that includes cases like this. An other cause are Router protection settings, which may also block the word sex.”

For British players affected by the censors, all it takes is a call to your Internet service provider to “opt in” to the full, uncensored Internet. Afterward, you’ll be able to access all the “pornographic” material the Internet has to offer once again.
