After a whole year of blood, sweat, and tears, players and fans have finally arrived at the final stop for the 2024 competitive League of Legends season: the World Championship. Stars from every corner of the international scene will collide across the event’s full schedule.
For just over a month, fans will be treated to some of the best League of Legends action of the year, with champions and challengers from every region arriving to etch their name into history. Whether you’re rooting for the defending champs from Korea, the European and North American hopefuls, or supporting China’s quest for yet another trophy, there are plenty of teams to choose from.
Here is all the information you’ll need on the match schedule for League‘s Worlds 2024.
LoL Worlds 2024 schedule
As of Sept. 6, the exact dates for each match have not been specified by Riot, but the dates for each stage have been given. Additionally, some teams have already locked in their spots in the play-in stage of the tournament, with their first round matchups determined.
Other top-tier teams have earned their place in the tournament, such as Gen.G, Bilibili Gaming, G2 Esports, and 100 Thieves. They’ve accrued enough championship points or have won their region, thus clawing their way into the grandest tournament of the competitive year.
Here are all of the dates for each stage through September and October:
- Play-In Stage: Sept. 25 to 29
- Swiss Stage: Oct. 3 to 13
- Knockout Stage: Oct. 17 to Nov. 2
- Finals: Nov. 2

All LoL Worlds 2024 locations
This year, the event will be held in Europe across three different venues in the region. We will be visiting Germany, Paris, and London throughout Worlds 2024, with stops at some of the most iconic locations in the country. Here are the exact locations for the three venues hosting Worlds this year:
