Tips for Embrion in Lethal Company
While Embrion is small, the sheer number of Old Birds makes it downright impossible to visit on Eclipsed. We highly recommend you avoid this Moon during this weather report. When visiting this Moon during any other weather phenomenon, the Old Birds will be inactive until 3pm. The only way the Old Birds activate before then is if you pick up the Apparatus. So, if you want to avoid these monsters altogether, it is best to resistant that urge for an easy 80 Credits with the Apparatus pickup.
The Fire Exit is on the far northeastern side of the map. You must go to the right of the Main Entrance and continue climbing the rocky terrain to find the entrance hidden at the back.
Embrion has the standard Facility labyrinth, spawning in the usual threats of the Thumper, Hoarding Bug, and Hygrodere. Interestingly, threats like the Bracken, Ghost Girl, and Jester aren’t common here, making the Old Birds the biggest threats on Embrion. Because of this, a Shovel is best used to clear any Thumpers and Hoarding Bugs. Leave your Shovel at the Main Entrance for your teammates to use at any point. The loadout priority here is the Jetpack or TZP Inhalant. Both are essential to evade the Old Birds outside.
If you are playing solo, the Jetpack is the best tool to bring with you on Embrion. You can easily fly past all active Old Birds. The Signal Translator isn’t necessary here as all members know the Old Birds activate after 3pm. All hands should be on deck to move all loot from the Facility and into the Home Base, preferably before the late afternoon hits. Of course, this isn’t possible for those wanting to loot everything. In this case, have a designated player use the Jetpack to move high-value items to the ship.
