Harry Potter Quidditch Champions has multiple daily and weekly challenges that earn you Gold and Winged Keys to buy cosmetics, victory celebrations, broomsticks, characters, and more. In one of the repeating daily quests, it asks you to complete three assists as a Chaser to earn two Winged Keys, but you might find it tricky to deliver assists as the timing to count as an assist after passing isn’t made clear during the tutorial.

Here’s everything you need to know about performing an assist as a Chaser in Harry Potter Quidditch Champions.

How to perform an assist as a Chaser in Harry Potter Quidditch Champions

To perform as assist as a Chaser in Harry Potter Quidditch Champions, you need to pass to any ally Chaser in front of you by locking into them. If you don’t lock onto them, you’ll randomly throw the Quaffle and anybody can take it into their possession. So, lock into your ally first, then throw it by either taping your button or charging it.

While you can get away with normal throws most of the time, you’d want to charge your throws to your allies if you suspect any enemy Chaser might be looking to intercept them. Stay clear of the enemy Beater as they’d love to stun you and make you fumble your Quaffle to ruin your chances of getting a perfect assist.

After you pass, you should automatically be swapped to the Chaser receiving the pass and you need to score the goal under seven seconds. Anything above that, and your assist won’t count. So make sure to wait until your ally Chaser gets in a solid position and they can instantly score a point to get you the assist.

Once the goal’s done and the Chaser is doing all kinds of emotes to celebrate it, you should notice the assist name beneath the goal banner on the right side of the screen.
