New Mage secret revealed

Have you ever played a trap like Vaporize, or Snipe, and hit a minion that was seriously underpowered?

Well, the newest Secret released for Mage aims to ensure that it always gets value.

The name is once again a placeholder from Hearthpwn, as the card was revealed in Russian.

The Secret costs three mana, like all the other Mage Secrets. After your opponent plays a minion, you will deal six damage to it. In that way it works exactly like Snipe.

Except with Snipe, if the minion has more than four health you’re just out of luck. You’ve lost value on the Secret. With this new card, any excess damage will be dealt directly to the hero. That means you’re guaranteed full value. It’s sort of like a Fireball that you can split! Kind of.

Kobolds and Catacombs releases some time in December.
