When will the next Genshin Impact Announcement Program Livestream air?
Genshin fans are in luck because the game’s next major update is Patch 4.0. Planned for August, it’s set to introduce the new region Fontaine, infused with the Hydro element and underwater exploration.
The update will undoubtedly be the high point of the year for Genshin fans, as they’ll be able to explore new lands and meet a ton of new characters from a new main story.
The next Special Program Announcement stream is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 4 at 6:30am CT. It will deal with the next major update and is called “Version 4.0 As Light Rain Falls Without Reason.”
This time, characters weren’t featured in the announcement’s promotional art, with the focus of the patch being the new region.
The developer revealed the first characters to release with Patch 4.0 will be five-star Pyro archer Lyney and four-star Anemo sword character Lynette.
The broadcast will be hosted on Twitch only, as usual. It will be posted on the game’s official YouTube channel an hour later at 7:30am CT.
