Arlecchino was first shown almost a year ago when the “Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night’s Lazzo” aired on July 10, 2022 and unveiled all the Fatui Harbingers as they mourned La Signora’s death. The notorious character returned in the “Overture Teaser: The Final Feast” trailer and played a major role in Fontaine’s storyline, where we got to see her personally. On March 11, she was officially announced through Genshin Impact social media to be the next playable character.

For Travelers who want to learn more about the enigmatic character, here’s all the leaks and information regarding Arlecchino.

All Arlecchino Genshin Impact leaks

Since Arlecchino’s debut is getting close, you can expect more leaks to appear over the coming weeks, including her gameplay and animations. While some details might change, the core of her character will stay the same, so you know what to expect.

Who is Arlecchino in Genshin Impact?

Arlecchino, also known as The Knave, is one of the 11 notorious Fatui Harbingers who are among the main antagonistic forces players face throughout their Teyvat travels. This group serves the Cryo Archon Tsaritsa and has fake Visions, known as Delusions, that the Archon bestowed upon them.

Arlecchino also runs the House of the Hearth, an orphanage located in the Cryo region of Snezhnaya. While we did work alongside Arlecchino to resolve Fontaine’s crisis during the Archon Quests, other Harbingers’ voice lines mention she has a hidden side.

Tartaglia says to the Traveler: “Look, I’ve got nothing against people who have their own agendas—I myself joined the Fatui to get more experience in combat. But I don’t like her at all. If she stood to benefit from betraying others, she’d turn against the Tsaritsa in a heartbeat. There isn’t a sane bone in her body.”

Wanderer, an ex-Fatui Harbinger previously known as Scaramouche, tells us Arlecchino is “a wolf in sheep’s clothing” who exercises “a higher level of control over people” by faking a “graceful and cordial front. Most of those who have seen her true, crazy self… have gone poof.”

What element is Arlecchino in Genshin Impact?

Arlecchino is confirmed to be a Pyro character. We’ve already seen her with a Pyro Vision during the cutscenes in Fontaine’s Archon Quests, and now it’s been confirmed through Arlecchino’s official marketing materials.

Fatui Harbingers are known for wielding Delusions—human-made Visions that bestow elemental powers on top of regular Visions. For example, Tartaglia had an Electro Delusion while his true Vision was Hydro. While we don’t know whether Arlecchino has a Delusion, it likely won’t affect her playable element, which is Pyro.

What is Arlecchino’s weapon type in Genshin Impact?

According to leaks, Arlecchino will be a polearm character. Previous leaks suggested she’d be a sword user, but the latest updates confirm that won’t be the case. Her signature weapon is rumored to be a scythe with unique animations when Arlecchino is wielding it.

What rarity is Arlecchino in Genshin Impact?

Due to the notorious nature of Arlecchino’s character and the Fatui Harbingers overall, it is highly likely she will be a five-star unit. Both Fatui Harbingers released so far have been five-stars, and the group as a whole seems too powerful and iconic for any of them to be lower than a five-star character.

What are Arlecchino’s abilities in Genshin Impact?

The latest leaks regarding Arlecchino’s abilities indicate she’ll be a main DPS who uses the Bond of Life effect to her advantage. Judging by the leaks, her gameplay loop will revolve around using her Elemental Skill to apply stacks to enemies, then using Normal and Charged Attacks to consume those stacks for a damage bonus, all while managing the amount of Bond of Life effect applied to her.

When will Arlecchino release in Genshin Impact?

Arlecchino was officially announced two days before the launch of version 4.5 of Genhin Impact. This means Arlecchino should become playable in version 4.6, which will launch on April 24 if the game follows its regular schedule.

It’s unclear in which phase of the 4.6 update our Harbinger will appear. If the update follows the regular formula, Arlecchino should be available during the first phase of the Character Event Wish, as that’s when brand-new characters are usually featured.
