How to pre-register for Honkai: Star Rail

Honkai: Star Rail is HoYoverse’s seventh outing into the video game space following the company’s most popular releases: Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin Impact.

The upcoming role-playing game takes place after the events of Honkai Impact 3rd and focuses on a spaceship called the Astral Express, which players will use to explore the universe and battle foes with a turn-based combat system.

HoYoverse, formerly miHoYo, operated several beta test sessions for Honkai: Star Rail over the last year, and now, fans are looking ahead to the game’s global release. It’s only a few weeks away, with a lot of content revealed at launch, including over 20 different characters to choose from, either free or locked behind banners.

How to pre-register for Honkai: Star Rail

Players can now pre-register for Honkai: Star Rail. It will release on Android, iPhone, and PC. They can do this for every platform. Here are the steps to follow for each of them:

  • On PC, players can pre-register for Honkai on the game’s official website by creating an account. They can also add the game to their wishlist on its Epic Games Store page.
  • On mobile, players can go to the Google Play Store and tap on “pre-register.” The app’s page can be found here.
  • On iPhone, the app will be soon available in the Apple store. Players can pre-register as well.

Pre-registering for the game will allow players to get the app downloaded as soon as it’s available on April 26. In addition, they will earn a free version of a character called Serval for completing this step ahead of release. She’s a four-star Erudition character who wields the Lightning element.
