One of the most problematic allegations in the lawsuit claimed FaZe Clan could take up to 80 percent of Tfue’s third-party revenue as a part of their agreement. The organization has denied utilizing this clause with Tfue or any other FaZe Clan member, although the organization acknowledged the clause is in Tfue’s original contract.

Since last summer, according to FaZe Clan, the organization says it receives a maximum of 20 percent of deals while 80 percent of the deal goes to the player. FaZe Clan also said that it has been working with Tfue to try and build a better contract for him since September, but the 21-year-old has rejected or ignored all of their offers. Several of their offers allegedly included seven-figure dollar bonuses and some that included a clause that FaZe Clan could not take any of Tfue’s earnings.

There have also been multiple FaZe members who have spoken up about the situation, saying that the team hasn’t taken anything close to what Tfue has claimed in the lawsuit. We will continue to monitor the situation as more information is revealed.
