The song, Don’t Be Afraid to Be Different, contains a line in Smith’s verse that talks about the Fresh emote in Fortnite. “Fortnite doin’ the Carlton dance,” Smith said, rapping to extensive lengths about nonconformity.

The Carlton dance comes from ’90s sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, which stars Smith as the main character. His co-star, Alfonso Ribeiro, performs the dance while listening to Tom Jones’ It’s Not Unusual in the show. Coincidentally, Ribeiro sued Fortnite developer Epic Games in December for adding the emote to the game without his permission.

This isn’t the first time that Fortnite has been referenced on Logic’s sixth album, COADM. “I don’t play no games ‘less we talkin’ Fortnite,” Logic rapped in Keanu Reaves, which was released in January as a single from the album.
