To complete the damage opponents with Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets Mystical Bomb quest, you need to deal a total of 250 damage using the Mystical Bomb move with Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets.
The first step in this process is to visit Castle Doom and find Doombot. This Mythic weapon is exclusively obtainable from defeating this boss, which means only one player in any given match can be wielding it.
After defeating Doombot to acquire Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets, the next step is to find an opponent to use them on. Since this quest calls for opponents and not just players, you can complete it by taking out either enemy players or NPCs.
With your target in sight, activate the Mystical Bomb power on Doctor Doom’s Arcane Gauntlets. You must use the Mystical Bomb option and not the Arcane Blast to make progress in this quest.
