With tons of epic cross-over events and plenty of new skins and cosmetics to buy, it’s far too easy to open your wallet and splash some cash in the Fortnite item shop. Just how much money have you really spent on Fortnite?
From Naruto to the MCU and Dragon Ball to Rocket League, there has been no shortage of Fortnite collaborations over the years. On top of events, these link-ups bring so many cosmetic items for your character, available to purchase with V-Bucks. If you’re like me and can’t help but buy the newest Star Wars skin the moment it hits the item shop, you’ll have spent plenty of your hard-earned cash on the game.
Fortnite itself doesn’t give you the amount, but if you’re a glutton for punishment and want to know that exact figure, there are a couple of ways to do it.
How much have you spent on Fortnite?
To view how much money you’ve spent in Fortnite, simply log into your account on the Epic Games Store and head to the “Transactions” section under your account settings.
The Transactions page will list every single purchase you’ve made on the account, but you’re going to need to get your calculator out and do some math for yourself if you want the exact Fortnite figure. Epic Games lets you see all your past transactions inside the game, which you can add together for your total amount spent. To do this:
- Go to the official Epic Games website and log into your account.
- Click on your name on the top right, then select Account.
- On the left-hand side, click on Transactions.
- You will now see a list of all your Epic Games transactions.
There are a couple of issues with this system. First, you will see every Epic purchase you have ever made, including games that aren’t Fortnite, so you’ll have to go through and pick out only the relevant expenditures to make this worthwhile. Secondly, you’ll have to add them all together yourself to get the final amount, which is a little tedious.
How to find out how much you’ve spent on Fortnite via Fortnite.gg
Using Fortnite.gg to find out how much money you’ve sunk into the battle royale isn’t much quicker. Here’s how to check:
- Log into Fortnite.gg and head to the My Locker section.
- Manually add all the skins you have purchased into your locker.
- Fortnite.gg will then show you the value of your locker.
While there isn’t a super easy way to find this information, it’s good that there are ways to learn it. Personally, I’d much rather live in ignorance about how much I’ve spent on the game over the years, simply because learning the amount may hurt my heart.
Still, looking good in your special skins is great and all, but only if you’re winning matches too. If poor FPS performance is holding you back from getting Victory Royales in style, check out our guide to the best Fortnite PC settings.
