If you play Fortnite to complete weekly challenges, then you should be ready to get the week seven Battle Star.
As usual in season seven, a new set of weekly Battle Pass challenges means that another task to find a secret item will be available. This week, it’s a secret Battle Star. But completing week seven challenges won’t be enough, since players have to finish seven full sets of weekly challenges to be able to see this week’s secret Battle Star in the Fortnite island. So if you’re reading this guide while only seven sets are available, you’ll have to complete all weekly challenges, both free and premium, to see the secret Battle Star.
What happens when you complete seven sets is that you unlock a new loading screen. This loading screen hides a hint at where players might find this new secret Battle Star. The loading screen players unlock after completing seven weeks has the Ice King on his Ice Throne with a threatening gaze.
But if you check the left corner, you’ll see a Battle Star icon behind his throne. That’s where players will find the Battle Star this time.
The Ice Throne is inside the Ice Castle north of Polar Peak. The throne is at the end of a corridor behind the first wall players see when they enter the Ice Castle from its main entrance on the south.
Players should see the throne from there. Go to the left of it and the Battle Star should be hovering near it. Interact with it and you’ll earn 10 Battle Stars for free, which will grant you an additional Battle Pass tier.
“I can’t find it!”
Remember that secret Battle Stars and Banners in season seven require players to fully finish a certain number of complete challenge sets. Players who only complete the week seven challenges without finishing the ones from weeks one through six won’t be able to see the Battle Star.
If you’re looking for this star in a moment where further weekly challenges are available, you’ll find it when you complete any seven weeks of challenges.
Players who don’t own the premium Battle Pass also can’t see the secret Battle Star since they’re unable to complete all seven challenges for each week.
