Fortnite revealed the end date of season three in the battle pass. As is customary in Fortnite for a major update, there will be some downtime before the launch of the new season on Friday, Aug. 16.

Fortnite’s Wrecked season will end at 11pm PT (Aug. 15)/1am CT/2am ET/7am BST/4pm AEST on the above date. The exact duration of the downtime will depend on any delays or errors.

We’ve set the countdown below for the time mentioned above, though it’s worth remembering this is when servers will go down and is not when you can start playing the new season. We’ll update this article accordingly if Epic announces any chances.

The new season of Fortnite will be Marvel-themed, featuring characters like Doctor Doom, Gwenpool, Mysterio, and more. This will be the second Marvel-themed season in the game since Chapter Two, season four, also known as Nexus War.
