Epic Games is once again temporarily removing vehicles from competitive Fortnite: Battle Royale gameplay.

All vehicles will be disabled in the Arena mode and the Fortnite World Cup Online Open qualifiers “through the weekend,” Epic announced today. This is “due to an issue where players can become stuck in a vehicle and unable to exit.”

This bug has been plaguing Fortnite players since at least last week. The same issue caused Epic to disable all vehicles in the finals of week five’s Fortnite World Cup Online Open qualifiers last Sunday.

Now heading into week six of the qualifiers this weekend, prospective World Cup competitors won’t be able to use vehicles like The Baller or Quadcrasher. This will likely have a drastic impact on end-game scenarios since The Baller has become a popular (and almost essential) tool for professional players.

People who are playing Arena or trying to qualify for the World Cup this weekend will have to switch up their strategies if they’re used to relying on vehicles. Epic’s tweet says that all vehicles will be disabled “through the weekend,” which means they could return to Fortnite’s competitive modes on Monday.
