“Hey fighting/smash community, I got something cooking up for you,” Ninja wrote last night on his Twitter, adding  a GIF of Donkey Kong in Super Smash Bros. Ninja’s tweet is vague, but it’s a confirmation that he is working on some kind of new content related to the fighting game series’ upcoming Nintendo Switch release, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

This will be one of the few times Ninja will create content for another game since he became the face of Fortnite in late 2017. He currently is a full-time Fortnite streamer for the esports organization Luminosity Gaming while boasting a Twitch channel with the most monthly views on the streaming platform.

And Super Smash Bros. Ultimate could be the first fighting game Ninja will create content for since his rise to fame. Before Fortnite, Ninja was focused on playing first-person shooters like Halo 3 and Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, but never a fighting game.

Ninja fans can only guess what he’s working on until the game releases on Dec. 7. It could be anything from content sponsored by Nintendo on his Twitch and YouTube channels to a debut Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournament that he’ll either play or organize.
