Pearls are very easy to gather once you know how to get them and where to find them, so here’s what you need to do to make gathering this Disney Dreamlight Valley essential much easier.

How to find Pearls in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Pearls can be obtained in Disney Dreamlight Valley by equipping your trusty Royal Shovel and digging anywhere around the Ancient’s Landing biome on Eternity Isle.

Tip: Bring along a friend and some food

If you’re hanging out with a digging companion while hunting for Pearls, your Disney friend might find extra of this material for you. You should also bring some food so you can recharge your energy as needed and continue your quest for Pearls.

This resource is not exclusive to any one spot in Ancient’s Landing and instead can be dug up from anywhere in it as long as you are within the correct larger biome. Whether they drop is random, though, so it might take some time before you obtain as many as you would like.

Although the drop rate is random, every time you do uncover a Pearl, you usually get two or three when you pick up what looks like just one. This makes it a fairly easy resource to gather, even though it may initially take a bit to find.

Although you might expect to only find Pearls in the sandy areas of the Ancient’s Landing biome, you can dig anywhere to uncover them as long as you are doing so within this area. I’ve found Pearls both in super grassy regions and sandy ones, so you can dig wherever you wish around the entirety of the biome to find them.

Best location to find Pearls in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Although there is no official best spot to find Pearls, I’ve had the most luck digging them up in The Docks and The Courtyard regions of Ancient’s Landing. Both areas are quite spacious, so it might just seem like they are more common in both because they are easier to dig around, but these spots are definitely your best bet for farming them quickly.

Tip: Hold down the digging button

Instead of pressing the digging button over and over, you can hold it down to continuously dig for Pearls as long as there is a clear path to do so.

While exploring Ancient’s Landing to obtain Pearls, you may want to stop and feed any Monkeys you come across. All of them have special schedules, which means you can only work to befriend them when they are active, so interacting with them while on the hunt for Pearls is a great way to make the most out of your time.

The Ancient’s Landing biome is also a great spot to explore for Jade, Ancient Cores, and Mist, so if you’re getting tired of digging for Pearls and want to take a break, this area has a lot of other activities for you to tackle.
