As you work your way through important quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you’re regularly asked to visit key locations around the village. It can be tricky to find or recall where each location is, with one of the tougher ones to find being the Ancient Ruins.

The Ancient Ruins blend in with the surrounding environment quite well, which makes this a very easy spot to miss or forget about. Various quests ask you to visit this spot, though, so here’s how to find the Ancient Ruins in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Where are the Ancient Ruins in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

The Ancient Ruins are located near the very west end of Ancient’s Landing in The Docks region on Eternity Isle. It’s A Rift in Time exclusive location, so you have to have the DLC installed to visit it.

To gain access to this area, you have to start The Sunken Ruins quest. The Ancient Ruins are inaccessible until you unlock them by progressing a decent way into this quest, so if you can’t reach them, look for this task in your quest list and start working on it.

Once you’ve unlocked access to this area, you can cross the stone bridge and proceed through the archway to enter the ruins. There’s a lot to uncover inside, so be prepared to tackle quite a few puzzles if you haven’t already.

Navigating through the Ancient Ruins is essential for key tasks that lead to unlocking important characters like Oswald and Jafar. It’s a location you have to return to even after you solve all of the puzzles inside, so keep this location in mind even after you think you’re done with it.

Some other key locations worth knowing about are the Cave of Wonders and the Dreamlight Library. These spots are also essential for various quests, which means it’s best to know where they are so you’re ready to tackle any task you’re given that asks you to visit them.
