The best hiding spot is in plain sight, apparently.

World championship-caliber tactics by an opposing player cost Twitch streamer Sebastian “Forsen” Hans Eli Fors a game of Rainbox Six: Siege on Thursday.

While streaming the team-based shooter, it all came down to Forsen to win the match on Coastline. With the numbers stacked against him, he decided heading for the objective would be his best chance at victory.

Forsen sprints into the hookah lounge toward the defuser to disable it. He heroically dashes around some furniture to pick up the device and shut it down.

He nervously smiles as he can hear explosions going off nearby, but little did he know the real lethal threat was lurking right behind him. In the middle of defusing the explosive, Forsen is beat down by a Montagne player’s shield, ending the match.

While watching the killcam, Forsen realizes that his killer had simply backed themselves into a corner next to the defuser with their shield in place. Forsen ran right by without noticing the enemy, resulting in a swift takedown and consequential teabagging.

Let this serve as a gentle reminder of what everyone’s parents teach them: Look both ways before you go for the objective.
