MIBR has a brand new head coach—analyst and former Counter-Strike player Janko “YNk” Paunovic.
YNk is replacing Ricardo “dead” Sinigaglia, who has been coaching the team since 2016. Dead ends his three-year tenure with MIBR after rumors surfaced that the team would be finding a new coach to help them at events.

MIBR is the first team that YNk will be coaching, since he’s been an analyst for almost four years. In his years of casting, YNk provided what is arguably the best post-match analyses for almost every game in every event that’s he’s participated in. He’s also been in every big international event for pretty much any tournament organizer, including ESL, DreamHack, ELEAGUE, FACEIT, StarLadder, PGL, EPICENTER, WESG, MLG, and BeyondTheSummit.
Now that YNk will no longer be a part of post-match analyst desk segments, the analyst desk for large events may need a new face. Chad “SPUNJ” Burchill, Jason “moses” O’Toole, and Sean Gares are the more prominent names in tactical CS:GO analysis at the moment.
“The first time I watched his analysis in a tournament it impressed me because he was pointing out specific things that most of the times goes out of spectrum for average players,” MIBR captain Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo said in the team’s press release. “He always had my admiration in that regard and from the couple conversations we had together about coaching the team, I felt he is the right guy who can help us achieve what we want—to become the best team in the world once again.”
