Firewalk Studios’ Concord is quickly approaching its full release, and we’re here to tell you how much longer you have to wait.
New hero shooter Concord is throwing its hat in the ring among games like Overwatch, VALORANT, and Marvel Rivals. While some players have already tried it out during its open beta in July, its full release is the main test of whether it can hold its own in a saturated genre. So, here’s everything you need to know about when Concord releases.
Concord release date and time
Concord has two distinct launch times, one for the Digital Deluxe Edition’s early access period and one for the Standard Edition’s full launch three days later.
Concord early access release date and time
Owners of the Digital Deluxe Edition of Concord get the game a full three days early on Aug. 20 12pm CT / 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST (3am the following day, AEST).
Concord Standard Edition release date and time
The Standard Edition of Concord launches on Aug. 23, and Sony has revealed the exact start time for the game. The Concord full release goes live on Aug. 23 at 12pm CT / 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST (3am the following day, AEST).
What platforms will Concord be available on?
Concord is releasing for PS5 and PC, meaning you can’t play the hero shooter on PS4 or Xbox consoles. The lack of Xbox availability is no surprise, given this is a Sony title. The lack of PS4 support is slightly more surprising, but given it’s a last-gen console—and Concord looks visually and technically impressive—it’s a good reason to finally upgrade your hardware.
