Call of Duty’s wealth of weapons is not looking to slow down, with the developers now introducing a new weapon, the Torque 35, in Modern Warfare 3 season five.
While season five is still ongoing, many players have been eager to get the new Torque 35 in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Here’s everything we know about unlocking the weapon heading into the update.
What is the Torque 35 in MW3 and Warzone?
The Torque 35 is a new weapon in MW3, Season Five Reloaded. It’s a combat bow that you can use to do your best Katniss Everdeen, Hawkeye, or Robin Hood impression. It’s considered a launcher, so you can equip it as a secondary.
“A combat-ready compound bow with a 60lbs draw weight capable of taking down large prey,” its in-game description says. “”Certain types of arrows are retrievable after being fired.”
How to get the Torque 35 in MW3 and Warzone
To unlock the Torque 35, players need to complete any five challenges from MW3’s season five, week five. The challenges can be completed in MW3 multiplayer, MW3 Zombies, or Warzone, and the five can come from any combination of the modes.
Here’s the list of challenges for the new bow in MW3.
MW3 Season 5, Week 5 challenges
MW3 multiplayer
- Use a Field Upgrade 15 times.
- Get 20 operator kills with explosions.
- Get 25 operator kills with alternate ammo equipped to a weapon.
- Get 10 operator double kills.
- Get 10 quickscope kills with a marksman rifle or sniper rifle.
- Get five operator kills with killstreaks.
- Get five operator kills with Claymores, Proximity Mines, or C4.
Warzone
- In Warzone Fortune’s Keep, get 10 operator kills in the North region.
- In Warzone Fortune’s Keep, get 10 operator kills in the West region.
- In Warzone Fortune’s Keep, get 10 operator kills in the East region.
- In Warzone Fortune’s Keep, get 10 operator kills in the South region.
- In Warzone, place in the top 10 five times.
- In Warzone, complete 10 contracts.
- In Warzone, open 50 loot caches.
MW3 Zombies
- Get 300 Toxic damage kills.
- Drink 10 Perk-A-Cola cans.
- Get 150 kills with Cryo Freeze with a battle rifle.
- Get 10 Zombie kills without taking damage 20 times.
- Get 300 kills with a scoped battle rifle.
- Clear five Infested Strongholds.
- Get 75 kills with Claymores, Proximity Mines, or C4.
