The Call of Duty: WWII private multiplayer beta is now live on PlayStation 4

Fans are getting their hands on the game even earlier than expected.

Call of Duty fans, rejoice—the WWII private multiplayer beta is now live on PlayStation 4. Several people who preordered the game have yet to receive their beta code. But for those who preordered the game digitally on their PS4, the WWII beta is live and playable as of 1pm ET today (Aug. 24). Related: Here’s how and when you can play the Call of Duty: WWII beta This beta was originally planned to go live tomorrow (Aug. 25) at 1pm ET, but it appears that Sledgehammer Games—the developer of WWII—has given fans an extra 24 hours to enjoy this highly-anticipated game. The first weekend of the WWII beta will run until Aug. 28, but a second weekend is planned for Sept. 1 to 4 on both PS4 and Xbox One.
