A major objective in Warzone’s DMZ is to complete faction missions and objectives. Some of these missions require map knowledge, especially when it comes to dead drop locations. The Al Sharim Pass dead drop is one such example, making finding its location crucial for DMZ completionists.
Dead drops are extremely useful in DMZ as they act as safety deposit boxes for your important equipment, meaning you’ll get to keep some of your gear even if you fail to exfil.
In Season Four for DMZ, you’ll be tasked by Phalanx to find the Al Sharim Pass dead drop, collect a tracker, and plant it in Hafid Port.

How to find the Al Sharim Pass dumpster dead drop in DMZ
This is actually a pretty tough location to reach in DMZ because there are no direct spawn points near the Al Sharim Pass area. The dead drop itself is on top of the small hill and village just south of the pass.
Be aware, enemy bots in the area are heavily armed and take a few hits to bring down. Once in the village, head to the south where you’ll find the dead drop dumpster on the edge of a cottage.

How to finish the Substantial Findings Black Mous mission in DMZ
The Al Sharim Pass dead drop is a key location in Season Four of DMZ thanks to it being where you’ll need to head to collect a crucial piece of equipment for the tier three Black Mous mission Substantial Findings.
Drop into Al Mazrah, head for the Al Sharim Pass dead drop where you’ll find the dumpster has a tracking device already inside. Collect the tracking device, then head to Hafid Port at C5.
Inside the gigantic warehouse, you’ll find a submarine propped up for repairs. You’ll need to climb onto the submarine and plant the tracker. Enemies will be waiting for you, so take your time before progressing.
You’ll have to do the same on Ashika Island’s submarine in the waterways beneath the island. Be aware of an enemy juggernaut who guards the docks of the waterway and the submerged submarine. Once the second tracker is planted, the mission will be complete.
