There are only a handful of attacks you can teach Metagross. Despite these limited choices, figuring out the best moveset you want to create can be challenging. For the fast move choices, you only have two with Metagross. It’s going to be between Bullet Punch or Zen Headbutt. You always want to go with the opposite choice of Zen Headbutt as it’s a relatively weak Psychic-type move and doesn’t offer any clear advantage to it. You want to avoid this attack at all costs, making Bullet Punch your best option.
