Epic Games has found a way to make each Fortnite chapter and season as memorable as possible. Fans worked tirelessly to save the Fortnite universe during the second chapter, and there were a bunch of notable cameos to help them with the cause.
Fortnite’s third chapter just kicked off, and it came with a banger of a battle pass. From Spider-Man to The Rock portraying The Foundation, players can unlock a ton of cool skins through the season’s battle pass.
Spider-Man also brought some of his hometown elements with him. Players can find the Daily Bugle building on the map and swing around the map just like Spidey does in New York.
To start slinging webs, though, you’ll need to get your hands onto Spider-Man’s mythic weapon, called Web-Shooters.
Where to find the Spider-Man mythic weapon in Fortnite
If you’re looking to get your hands on Spider-Man’s Web-Shooters, you’ll need to find one of Spidey’s backpacks. Whenever Spider-Man goes on an adventure in New York, he leaves his backpack in a secure location, and that’s exactly what he’s been doing in Fortnite.
Fortnite leaker Hypex shared a map of possible spawn locations. Despite their high spawn rates, they may not always appear at the same places, meaning you may either need to look around a little bit or take down a player while they’re swinging around.
One of these backpacks can be found around the main entrance of the Daily Bugle building, courtesy of content creator Shufflegamer:
Alternatively, you can also check out the east of Joneses since there’s also a backpack there that was left on a rock, as spotted by Perfect Score.
You can loot the backpacks like normal chests. When you first pick up the Web-Shooters, they’ll have 80 charges, and you can sling around by targeting buildings, trees, or even rocks.
The Web-Shooters can be equipped with all the skins in the game, and it may take a little practice before you can start swinging around without any downtime.
