The team has signed Zarya and D.Va specialist Kang “Void” Jun-woo, formerly of KongDoo Panthera. He’ll join former KongDoo Panthera player Baek “Fissure” Chan-hyung on the Los Angeles Gladitors front line, alongside Aaron “Bischu” Kim and Luis “iRemiix” Figueroa, LA Gladiators said in a statement.

“We’re excited to welcome Void to the team,” head coach David Pei said. “His past synergy with Fissure will be a welcome addition to the team and makes for a seamless transition into his tenure as a Gladiator.”

KongDoo Panthera spilled the beans in late March on the new Overwatch League players’ signing to LA Gladiators. The transfer has been rumored since early March.

As part of KongDoo Panthera, Void proved himself as one of the best flex tank players in the South Korean circuit. Despite his reputation, he was left off the London Spitfire roster when KongDoo Panthera was signed to Cloud9. GC Busan tanks Seong “WooHyaL” Seung Hun and Kim “Fury” Jun Ho were signed in his place.

Fissure joined LA Gladiators from London Spitfire ahead of the Overwatch League’s second stage. Void will likely debut alongside his former teammate when the LA Gladiators take on San Francisco Shock on April 4.
