Team Liquid jungler Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett is set to join Echo Fox. He will be replaced by backup mid laner Lyonel “Arcsecond” Pfaender (who has recently been practicing in the jungle).
After visible disputes ranging from Dardoch being suspended earlier in the season to visible disputes leading to the departure of ADC Chae “Piglet” Gwang-jin, Dardoch is being replaced,
Sources also say that Dardoch will be joining Echo Fox, replacing Anthony “Hard” Barkhovtsev and Kevin “Kez” Jeon.
Echo Fox will not be playing another LCS-sanctioned match until the Spring Split in 2017, after finishing tenth in the 2016 Summer Split and beating Team Liquid Academy and NRG Esports in the Summer Promotion Tournament.
As of now, Team Liquid’s roster is:
- Top: Samson “Lourlo” Jackson
- Jungle: Lyonel “Arcsecond” Pfaender
- Mid: Kim “Fenix” Jae-hoon
- ADC: Phil “Jynthe” Vu
- Support: Matthew “Matt” Elento
Echo Fox’s roster is set to be:

- Jungle: Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett
- Mid: Henrik “Froggen” Hansen
- ADC: Yuri “KEITH” Jew
- Support: Terry “Big” Chuong
