Following up on the announcement we reported earlier this month, Riot is bringing Dawn of Heroes back with a Revival, and we finally have more details. Set 5.5 is the second Revival in TFT—Set 3.5, Galaxies, made its way back in January 2024 with some changes from the original format.

The Dawn of Heroes Revival starts on Sept. 25 at 6:30pm CT and lasts until Nov. 4, also at 6:30pm CT. As a new special mode, it has its own Revival Ranked Ladder as well.

Just half an hour later, at 7pm CT on Sep. 25, the Magic N’ Mayhem Chapter Two Pass goes live. The new, exclusive rewards from the regular pass and the Pass+ include an Arena, five Little Legends, and two Booms.

Some of the balance changes had already been teased on PBE last week, like the Queenguard’s Armor nerf to reduce some of the Faeries’ power and a buff to Warriors. But there is so much more this time. Here is all you need to know.

Briar is no longer unstoppable while in her frenzied form.
Pillar of Flame (Shen’s Champion Augment) will now cast at a further range if no targets are in range, instead of casting near/on himself.
Fixed a bug where Pillar of Flame (Shen’s Champion Augment) would function inconsistently on away boards.
Yuumi now properly grants Attack Damage instead of Ability Power to AD Casters like Varus and Ezreal.
Skill-based nerf: Draconic Mastery no longer counts takedowns on PvE rounds.
Faerie Augments now correctly require the trait to be activated to be shown on 3-2 and 4-2.

Who reported this one: Reforging a unit with all three different Tactician’s Items no longer returns nothing.

Mordewizard: Mordekaiser with a Mage Emblem is now manalocked for the correct duration.
Fixed some interactions between Overencumbered and the Polymorph charm.
Jak’Sho the Protean (Radiant Adaptive Helm) tooltip now correctly indicates it gives 40 bonus AP in the back two rows.
