  1. Open the Epic Games website and log into your account.
  2. Select your user icon in the top-right of the screen.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Click on Account Settings.
  5. Make sure your email address is verified. If not, verify your email address.
  6. Select Email Preferences from the left-hand column.
  7. Enter checkmarks into the option on surveys.

The Sir Beurre Back Bling is distributed to your account within 24 hours of completing the above steps. If you have already signed up to receive email surveys, the Sir Beurre Back Bling is automatically added to your account.

If it isn’t showing up in your account after 24 hours, try logging out and back into Fortnite. If that still doesn’t work, contact Epic Games Support.
